After being provided with a list and descriptions of the bivouac assets that required liveries and a set of visuals of the concept livery for the race cars and tents we began work.
After sourcing the required 3D models from supplying companies and in some cases creating the assets in 3D ourselves, the designs of the liveries began that included the service trucks, hospitality unit, engineering units and other assets.
Throughout the design process, high quality 3D virtual studio visuals of the assets from multiple camera angles were shared before the designs were signed-off.
Overview visuals of the bivouac were then created from different camera angles to help the team with planning of the space available and the set-up of the bivouac when the event began. The race vehicle liveries were copied and applied to the Defenders and people were added to the scene to increase realism and to help with the visualisation of scale.
