Beginning with a standard Toyota GR Yaris, the bodywork modifications were made in 3D to match our clients car including a new front bumper with splitter, custom carbonfibre bonnet, rear wing and new rear bumper. This is the level of detail we go to in order for the client to see as accurate a visualisation as possible.
After running through a few different concepts, we settled on this striking red and black concept over the cars gloss white base colour with GR branding and additional graphite grey striping to help reduce the visual height of the cars sides. Some of the carbonfibre was left visible on the bonnet to match the cars carbon roof.
A number of different wheel options with colours were also tested and rendered until the client settled on the Speedline wheels as shown here with Mickey Thompson tyres as he was going to do 1/4 mile timed drag strip runs with the car when completed.
In addition to the external changes, a set of modified and re-trimmed Recaro CS seats were added with custom stripes to match the roof.

Throughout the design process, high quality 3D virtual studio visuals of the cars from multiple camera angles were shared before the designs were signed-off.
